Cancellation

Classes of four students or fewer may be subject to cancellation. If this occurs, parents/carers will be notified in a timely manner.

Important Information

• Bookings are only valid once payment transaction is complete and information is received.
• Places are allocated in order of receipt.
• Processed bookings will provide an email receipt including a Customer Reference Number. We advise you to print this email and keep it for your records.
• Registration to a lesson is confirmed upon the issue of a lessons booking receipt.
• Refunds for ongoing Term fee charges will not be issued for notifications received after the notification deadline.

Lesson days and times: There are no set days or times for Private, Semi-Private or Groups. All students should nominate 3 preferred/available times and once all enrolments are received the timetable is then organised based upon this information. Students currently enrolled in lessons will be given priority allocation. Squads are usually held at the same time each term but may still be subject to change.

Notification of time and day: Parents will receive an email prior to the commencement of each school term with lesson day/time. If your lesson time clashes with another activity we will try to re-arrange. If this cannot be organised fees will be refunded.

PLEASE LIST THREE (3) PREFERRED TRAINING DAYS AND TIME (MORNING OR AFTERNOON) IN THE SPACE BELOW. THE TENNIS COORDINATOR WILL EMAIL ALL PARENTS WHEN LESSON TIMES HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED.
