Fees

By completing the form below and making payment, you are agreeing to a full year of this program. At the end of each term your daughter will be automatically re-enrolled in the program for the following term and payment will be added to your daughter’s School fees. You may opt out from this re-enrolment by informing the coordinator in writing by Week 7 of the term prior, otherwise, the charge will be applied.

A custom uniform fee of approximately $120 will be charged to your Term 2 Dance fees.

Communication

To ensure you receive notifications about these lessons, please download the MLC School app and update your subscriptions. Full instructions can be found here.

Cancellation

Classes of eight students or fewer students may be subject to cancellation. If this occurs, parents/carers will be notified in a timely manner.

Dance Contract

Please review this Pre-K to Year 6 Co-curricular Dance Contract before proceeding with registration.

For a student to be eligible to participate in the courses offered, parents/carers must accept the MLC School Dance Contract in the form below.

Important Information

• Bookings are only valid once payment transaction is complete and information is received.
• Places are allocated in order of receipt.
• Processed bookings will provide an email receipt including a Customer Reference Number. We advise you to print this email and keep it for your records.
• Registration to a lesson is confirmed upon the issue of a lessons booking receipt.
• Refunds for ongoing Term fee charges will not be issued for notifications received after the notification deadline.
• Costume levies will be charged in Term 2 and added to the student’s school fee statement.
