2020 Softball Term 1 - Years 8 – 12

MLC School will be providing an opportunity for students to participate in SOFTBALL in Term 1, 2020. Please note this will be the beginning of the phase out of SOFTBALL being offered at MLC School. REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: Thursday 7th November Registrations may be reopened only if additional players are required. COST: $165.00 per player

Term 4 Multi Sport Holiday Camp

MLC School will be providing an opportunity for students aged 4 - 16 to participate in a Multi Sport Holiday Camp in the Term 4 MLC Holidays. COST: $60 per day OR $180 for the 4 days

Red Earth Immersion 2020

TERM 1 and 2 2020 Swimming

MLC students will have the opportunity to attend swimming training at the MLC Aquatic Centre. This is a Stroke Development and Fitness Program and not a learn to swim program; acceptance into the program is based solely on ability and not on age. Please read the following information carefully as it will form the basis for your involvement in swimming at MLC in 2020.

Athletics Training Semester 1 2020

This training is open to students from Years 3 – Year 12. The focus of these sessions is to expose athletes to the various athletics disciplines and prepare athletes for any competitions they may want to enter.

2020 - Term 1 KickStart XTrain Fitness Class

Term 1 2020: This is a Cross Training fitness class for any students wanting to increase their fitness and strength and KickStart their week, in a group class environment.

2020 Term 1 Core Blast Fitness Class

Term 1 2020: This is a Core based fitness class for any students wanting to increase their fitness and strength and Blast core strength in a group class environment.

2020 Term 1 Summer Circuit Fitness Class

Term 1 2020: This is a circuit based fitness class for any students wanting to increase their fitness and strength and recharge themselves ready for the weekend in a group class environment.

Rowing – Year 7 – 12 Term 1 2020

Rowing is one sport at MLC School where each aspect of the program is directed to provide students the best opportunity to derive enjoyment, satisfaction, fulfillment and success from participating in sport. We row on the sheltered waters of Blackwattle Bay, Glebe where we share a shed with Sydney University Boat Club. Transport: For morning training, girls are dropped off at the rowing shed (Glebe). We transport the girls to school after training in the Coaster bus. For afternoon training, we transport the girls to the rowing shed, and pick up is either from the rowing shed or school.
