Round Square Annual Regional Meeting: Dinner Payment

Dinner will be held at The Wilmot, in The Primus Hotel. Dinner charge is $70 AUD/ person. The evening will commence at 7pm.

2019 Rowing Targeted Athlete Program 2019

The purpose of this program is to identify athletes in a particular sport for a variety of reasons, conduct skills sessions for continual progression, enter them into competitions and prepare them for representative trials. We envisage that the T.A.P will also provide opportunities for students to have access to guest coaches, specialist training sessions, learn about nutrition, strength and conditioning and goal setting.

2019 TERM 4 Fencing

Each term MLC has students that train and compete in fencing. Training will be conducted during Term 4, 2019.

TERM 4 2019 Swimming

MLC students will have the opportunity to attend swimming training at the MLC Aquatic Centre. This is a Stroke Development and Squad Program and not a learn to swim program; acceptance into the program is based solely on ability and not on age. Please read the following information carefully as it will form the basis for your involvement in swimming at MLC in 2019.

Rowing – Year 7 – 12 Term 4 2019

Rowing is one sport at MLC School where each aspect of the program is directed to provide students the best opportunity to derive enjoyment, satisfaction, fulfillment and success from participating in sport. We row on the sheltered waters of Blackwattle Bay, Glebe where we share a shed with Sydney University Boat Club. Transport: For morning training, girls are dropped off at the rowing shed (Glebe). We transport the girls to school after training in the Coaster bus. For afternoon training, we transport the girls to the rowing shed, and pick up is either from the rowing shed or school.

Term 4 Diving 2019 - Years 2 – 12

MLC School will again be providing an opportunity for students to participate in Diving in Term 4, 2019. Kindergarten to Year 1 Students require a trial before registering from Term 4 onwards. Please contact the sports dept to arrange a suitable time. REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: Mid Term 4 COST: $195.00 per diver.

Rowing - Head of Yarra 2019

The Head of Yarra is one of Australia's premier long distance races, held in the last weekend of November each year. Raced over 8.7km the race starts in the middle of Melbourne and follows the Yarra river all the way to Hawthorne RC, just under the Richmond Bridge.
